Golden Bear Rate Schedule:

Rates at the Golden Bear will always vary based on season, availability, property and holiday. Some rooms qualify for last-minute specials. 

Always call us Toll-Free or e-mail us with your phone number so that our reservationist may offer you our best and most-recent discounted rates (discounted from those listed below) We never sell or share phone numbers and you will not be solicited.  

Basic Standard Rates for single/double occupancy per night:
Private Baths: $135-$185
Shared Baths (share with only one other room) $85-$110
Suite Rates: (Up to six People no kitchen) $225- $300 
Suite Rates ((Up to six People with kitchen) $250-$325

Why does Golden Bear not post our exact addresses? 
We give general locations until a booking has been made. Our locations are near the following intersections:

• Filmore/Pine for the Pacific Heights property
• Stockton/Greenwich for the North Beach property
• Postcard Row,  7 Sisters, or Painted Ladies for the Alamo Square property

We are small properties and do not have a full-time front desk. We do not want unregistered guests ringing the bell at all times of the day and night to see rooms without prior arrangement.  Given that our properties are well known, this keeps the curious away and allows our guests privacy and a peaceful stay.
